Birth date: age, fertility history, prior treatments
Mobile Phone Number: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited
Preferences: call logs, WhatsApp/SMS/email conversation details (as needed for support)

Message, queries, feedback or content you submit information through forms, forums or comments. Any information or content you submit through the DIFC App or website is collected and stored that enable us to provide and improve our services. The information we have access to is controlled. by your privacy settings. You may also submit other content, such as photos and other media. However it is entirely optional whether you want to submit this additional information and make it available to others. Although information you share on the forum will automatically be shared with others, including users of the app and others on the internet

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM OTHER SOURCES:

You are only required to provide your name and email address and not Personally Identifying Information and all the information about your health will be private. Only information related to your cell phone number, location and other similar information are recorded when you use one of the DIFC apps. We only collect information of users accessing the DIFC app or website such as Internet protocol addresses, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, other browser history, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, and the date and time. We use various technologies to collect and store data including details of the transaction, content you visited and viewed, click stream information and cookies to identify your account. When you interact with our advertising services or DIFC features that may appear on other sites and in any other manner that is necessary for our business purposes. You may choose to provide us with access to certain personal information stored by third parties such as social media sites (e.g., Facebook and Twitter) for which you may or may be required to give us the access. How We Use/Share Your Information

We do not rent, sell or share your information to any third parties, public or semi places until you allow us to do so. However, we may share your personal information with third parties in an aggregate and anonymous format ( Also only when required by law or by a government request to do so or to combat fraud or criminal activity) but your information will not be shared on social media or public platforms,without your permission. Your information will only be shared with our employees, partner companies for us to manage your account, process payments, customer support and legal respondings. Your information may be used to inform you about services and products you may like, send updates or promotions participate in joint marketing with trusted companies.Hence your information is used to improve your experience. Based on your privacy settings your profile will become visible to others whereas your username is visible when you send messages and posts on forums. Only forum posts are public and are seen or visible to everyone. You will be notified by us to update you about the service, information about the new product, and feedback updates, and for that information (your name or email address) are used. However, the information that others see through your settings, is entirely controlled by you. We usually collect technical or non personal data like device type, IP address, or website or app usage to fix the errors and provide better user service and we share the same data with our partners to communicate updates and improvement purposes like improving customer support,process payments, preventing illegal activity conducting medical or anonymous research or making services more personalized. Your information may also be used for marketing with trusted companies and personalization to show relevant offers, send personalized updates and improve advertisements, recommendations and accuracy. Infertility Testing

Infertility workup: Evaluation test of infertile couples to diagnose cause of infertility.
Semen analysis: Lab analyses of semen samples to determine sperm count, quality, morphology, and other factors.
Sonography: A test with high frequency sound waves to scan and diagnose conditions like pregnancy, heart issues, and abdominal problems.

ADVANCED TREATMENT

DNA Fragmentation Index – A diagnostic procedure to measure breaks or damage in sperm DNA.
Micro TESE (Microsurgical Testicular Sperm Extraction) – Specialized surgery to retrieve sperms directly from testis that helps infertile men with low quality, quantity or NIL sperm count in the ejaculate.
PGTA (Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy) - An IVF screening procedure for embryos to evaluate chromosomal abnormalities before implantation.

DONOR PROGRAM

Third party reproductive technique where a couple donates their embryos, created via IVF for infertile couples.

Ovum Donor - Eggs from a healthy donor are used for women who cannot produce healthy eggs themselves.
Donor Sperm - Fertilization is achieved using donor sperm when the male partner has severe sperm abnormalities or genetic concerns.
